Service Terms

Booking and Availability

We operate 24/7 and strive to respond to all service requests promptly. Response times may vary based on location, weather conditions, and service demand. We reserve the right to refuse service in cases where safety concerns exist.

Pricing and Payment

Service fees are determined based on distance, vehicle type, time of day, and service complexity. Quotes provided are estimates and may be adjusted based on actual service requirements. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made after our driver has been dispatched may incur a callout fee. We reserve the right to charge for services rendered up to the point of cancellation.

Liability and Insurance

We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for our operations. However, customers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring their vehicle is insured and roadworthy
  • Removing valuable items from vehicles before service
  • Providing accurate information about vehicle condition and modifications
  • Declaring any pre-existing damage to the vehicle

We are not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing vehicle defects, improper loading by third parties, or damage caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customer Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Be present or arrange for authorized representation during service
  • Provide necessary keys, documents, and access to the vehicle
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Treat our staff with respect and professionalism

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including loss of income, business interruption, or loss of data.

Governing Law
